The staff holds such kindness. Hostess sedar felt sweet. suites feel spacious with equipment inside. i noticed shampoos and soaps containers needed filling and wish they were checked. replenishing those touches surely bring more happiness.
the apartment needs improvements because i notice the flooring had breakage and stains on the sofa. also, the apartment didn't feel fully equipped, like dish-ware felt sparse. i hope that these small details receive attention to enhance the magic here.

The staff were helpful and trustworthy. Guest relations ilayda and bellboy Mustafa were great. The reception team including Emre, mevlut and semih also stood out. I appreciated the many helpful amenities provided in the rooms.

The breakfast variety was excellent! Berkan helped make arrangements for my needs. He really accommodated us. The chef even baked a lovely cake, it was a nice touch.
It was difficult for me to sleep because a crane was attached to the building! I found this really disruptive. The location was also far from things. It wasn't ideal.

the room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities we needed. the pool was great, my kids enjoyed it a lot. berkan was really cute and assisted me . housekeeping was very helpful and responsive to requests.
the gym was somewhat small and lacked a few types of equipment i typically use during my workouts, it could benefit from expansion.

the restaurant offered a diverse menu, there were options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the service was attentive and the food tasted fresh, with good presentation. i appreciated the variety of choices available.

the pool area included ample seating with about twenty loungers available. i saw a shaded section that helped to protect people from the sun. the hotel also featured a well-equipped gym that had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
